What is our Return Policy?

    Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

  • Restocking Fee

    There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee)

  • Reason Why

    Anything purchase at TeeShirtPalace is a unique custom made product and printed just for you. So there will be a 20% re stocking fee on certain product or anything over $50. If you need to make an exchange there will not be a restocking fee.

  • Return Label

    You can either go ahead and send the package back to us or email us at support@teeshirtpalace.com for a return label. Please email us your order number and the reason why you want to return your package. Once that is done we will send you a return label to your email.
    Shipping cost of the label will be included in the email sent by TeeShirtPalace customer representatives. The label will be a pre-paid label and the cost will be deducted from the refund, once it is refunded.

    For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Who Is Responsible for Return Label?

    TeeShirtPalace will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Process Returns

    Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
    We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.

  • Package Includes

    Included packing slip with all returns.

  • Shipping charges

    Shipping charges are non-refundable

What is our Exchange Policy?

  • Exchange Window

    Exchanges must be returned to us 30 days from the date you received the package.

  • Exchange Label:

    You can either go ahead and send the package back to us or email us at support@teeshirtpalace.com for an exchange label. Please email us your order number and the reason why you want to return your package, also please include the size you like to exchange it for. Once that is done we will send you a return label to your email.

  • Package Includes:

    Included packing slip with all exchanges. Please state size you need with any notes you would like to add.

  • Process Exchange:

    We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship.
