I think the product itself looks great! I like the design and how it came out on the beanie but the OSFM sizing on the beanie would stand for children not adults. Which is super disappointing since this was a Christmas gift.

Originally the hat came and the writing was a little crooked. I was able to reach out to the staff through email and they very quickly sent out a replacement that was correct. Great customer service and great final product!
