"Cheap screenprint"

Be advised this hat is a cheap screenprint not embroidered. I got an email to contact them if dissatisfied with my order before leaving a negative review- not sure why because I did contact them but was told no refunds means no refunds.

Cap came in with minor imperfection in graphics. Customer service made it right and shipped new one quickly. Only thing I would like to add is graphic has an iron on appearance.

Very nice hat for Halloween.
"Overpriced junk"

The hat had a tiny iron on decal that was illegible. Customer service responded that it was the largest design for that hat. They didn't even offer a refund. Furthermore, it was a crappy iron on that was so small it couldn't be read from only 3 feet. Save your money buy somewhere else.
