"Product is fine. Service doesn't exist"

Something in my order process messed up and I was charged for and sent 3 duplicate shirts. I immediately noticed this and sent emails to support which were ignored. The order is fine, the shirt fits and is good for what I wanted but the service and the fact that I was charged for 3 times what I wanted (About $70.00 total) and ignored doesn't look good for the company. If you want this product that's great but don't expect support from the company if something is wrong with your order and double check that it's right. It was totally my oversight... I think... maybe... but I noticed it and notified them immediately and couldn't get help.
