I paid the shipping fee of $39 for the sweatshirt to be shipped quickly. When I didn’t receive the shirt in the given time frame, I called customer service. I was told their shirts for printing were delayed. If I’d not called it would not have arrived on time. I was still billed for extra shipping.

I waited to the last minute to order my grandchildren a funny but cute sweatshirt for their play at school along for their Christmas party Shipping got crossed up and Tee Shirts Palace were so accommodating.
