I was very disappointed to see 2 black lines across the white ceramic tree. They don’t come out . I have thrown the ornament away and ordered from a different company and a different retirement ornament. This was a gift but now the gift will be a delayed retirement gift.

I am happy with the ornament, however the website stinks! I tried many times to personalize it and it wouldn’t let me. I looked and looked for a contact phone & found nothing. That was very disappointing. The only reason I came back and bought it anyways is because there weren’t any other ornaments that I liked better. Please make your website more user friendly!!
